How to find your order status

Whether you chose Make an Offer or Buy Now, you can easily track the status of your purchase by following these steps:

1. Open the OfferUp app and log in to your account. 
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner. 
3. Tap Purchases & Sales.
4. Tap Transactions.
5. Tap the purchase you want an update on. You will see details of when the purchase was made and when you can expect to receive the item.
6. Under Shipping Information, tap Track Item to find out the status of delivery.
   
   
   
   
7. Once you’ve tapped Track Item, you will be directed to the USPS website to view the status of your order.
